Dear Colleagues:

The organizing committee from Japanese Society for Pigment Cell Research (JSPCR) is pleased to invite you to the 24th International Pigment Cell Conference, IPCC2020, which will be held from June 18 to 21, 2020 at Yamagata Convention Center, Yamagata Terrsa. It is our great honor to host IPCC2020 in a small beautiful city, Yamagata.

Activity of the investigation in pigment cell area including vitiligo and melanoma is ever increasing. IPCC2020 will bring together biologists, tissue engineers, dermatologists, aesthetic scientists, and skin surgeons worldwide to Yamagata with the aim of “Advancing melanocyte science and friendship in the Land of the Rising Sun”.

The congress program will include special lectures, plenary and concurrent sessions, scientific posters, clinical workshops, sponsored seminars, and more.

Yamagata is noteworthy for its beauty especially during early summer. We strongly hope that as many as pigment cell scientists including you can participate IPCC2020 in Yamagata, not only enjoying the exciting program we are planning, but also having opportunities to enjoy the local fascinations such as great foods, wonderful hot springs, historical traditional temples, and even friendly people with the mind of “Omotenashi” (heartful hospitality).
